Tenderness

There are things in this world, indeed, that are beautiful. Things that are subtle and unimaginably tender. They make us pause when we encounter them, breathe and marvel at their sheer existence. But within their delicate tenderness often lies something profoundly energetic and strong. A story of resilience and growth, of maturation or completion. Tenderness, so I learnt from the images I took for this series, inhibits a sense of serious robustness. Be it in its structure, in its meaning or just in the fact that it permits beauty to be nothing else but pure beauty. There is hope!
